The location is right at the entrance of Fremont Street, making it super easy to enjoy the nightlife. The casino has fun bingo events, and staff is friendly. Unfortunately, the noise from Fremont can be disruptive at night, so bring earplugs. Some rooms could definitely use better cleaning, with a bit of dust lingering around. Overall, it’s a decent stay for the price.

The staff was friendly and helpful, making our date night special. The food options were plenty, and the entertainment was a blast.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but worth it for the experience.

The room had a comfortable bed, with the choice between soft and firm pillows enhancing my sleep quality. Temperature control worked well, providing a cozy environment. I found dust accumulation along the baseboards and headboard that was unappealing. Noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable in the mornings, which disrupted my rest. The bathroom cleanliness left much to be desired, with the door showing signs of neglect. Although the room was spacious with good value for money, it lacked basic items like a coffee maker and clean shower fixtures. A friendly front desk staff contrasted with housekeeping's inconsistency.

The bathroom was filthy and smelled like urine right when I walked in. The whole place felt neglected, and I couldn't relax at all. I won't be recommending this hotel to anyone.

I absolutely loved my stay as it was just a few steps from the Fremont Street Experience, where I enjoyed fabulous street acts and performances, plus there were amazing dining options like Barry’s Downtown Prime and Oscar's Steakhouse all within a 5-minute walk, making it so easy to explore the vibrant downtown atmosphere; the room was comfortable and quiet, and although the casino was fun, I found the wait time at the food court a little long during peak hours.

The room had a fantastic view of the neon lights. The check-in staff was friendly and made room changes easy.
Some lights in the room didn't work.

The casino has affordable gaming options and a great bingo experience. Check-in was slow with only one staff member available.

The pool area was incredible—the heated swimming pool and jacuzzi were perfect for relaxation! The casino had so many Wheel of Fortune games; I could’ve played all night. Plus, the view from my room was breathtaking and calm, making it a perfect escape!

Arriving late, we were greeted by an AC that roared like a rocket. Impressive how quickly they replaced it. The room had beautiful views, a cozy bed, and easy access to Fremont. Randy at check-in was outstanding. Loved the food options and friendly staff at Bingo. the outdated rooms had issues like dirty sheets and no ventilation in the bathroom. The mini fridge struggled to chill. The pool was packed on a hot day. While the location was prime, the noise and some discomforts had me second-guessing a return visit.

The hotel is a Vegas icon with cool renovations and a happening atmosphere. The pizza was simply amazing, I couldn't resist getting a second helping. Watching Brian Christopher's slot videos was a fun way to unwind.
Because I love sleeping on rocks, the bed was just perfect! .

Arrived with high hopes. We were met with an overwhelming odor, which turned out to be sulfur. The initial experience was subpar, and the manager's dismissive attitude only added to the frustration. Thankfully, the staff later offered a room change. Positive moments included a spacious, clean room and friendly service, but inconsistencies lingered. Some amenities were lacking—missing toiletries and room cleanliness issues. parking was a hassle due to unclear directions. A requested view was mismanaged; Given the mixed experience, improvement is necessary. It has potential, but guests deserve better management and attention to detail. Balancing charm with professionalism should be a priority.

The room we were assigned didn't have a coffee maker, which was a bit of a downer as we rely on that morning cup of joe. We had to call multiple times to have some brought to our room, and it never showed up until the next morning, which was frustrating. The cleanliness of the rooms was another issue we faced. The bathtub didn't drain properly, which made showering quite unpleasant. the room was dusty and smelly, nothing like the pictures we had seen online. The lack of proper cleaning in the bathroom was evident, with handprints and scum left on the walls. The limited lighting made it difficult to see clearly unless the curtains were wide open. the location wasn't bad, and we appreciated having access to the gym. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and exiting the hotel was easy. some areas definitely need improvement. The maintenance issues in the rooms should be addressed promptly to ensure guests have a comfortable stay. The parking situation was also a hassle, with limited spots available due to others using them for gambling. The lack of attention to detail and cleanliness issues detracted from what could have been a more enjoyable stay.

I gotta say, the gym was top-notch with plenty of equipment and space to move around; they even cranked up the air conditioning for comfort. Plus, we snagged a luxe Fremont view that got our party started right, complete with earplugs for the loud vibes. The pool area was chill with good tunes, setting the mood for a relaxing stay.
Our room was a hot mess from the get-go, with dirty linens, dusty windows, and even a clogged sink full of stranger's hair – gag! An emergency alarm left us shaken, trekking down 13 flights of stairs only to be met with clueless staff.

From hitting up the William Hill sportsbook for some intense games to trying our luck at over 700 slot machines, the adrenaline was real. Super Bingo was a vibe, and we met fellow bingo heads. Plaza had us hype with those massive statewide jackpots , felt like high, rollers for sure!
Just wished they had more late, night club options for us party animals. Keep the fun going 24/7!

Spent Xmas Northbound + Southbound from the Strip. Great historical vibes from the 1950s + clean, fresh laminate floors with cozy beds. Just 1 block from Fremont Experience, perfect location for real Vegas immersion.
Strong chemical smell upon arrival, slow staff response. Shower curtains not up to standard.

Visiting the William Hill sportsbook and Plaza meant non-stop excitement for the whole family with thrilling games and races. The rush of adrenaline from the over 700 slot machines kept us on our toes, with the chance to win millions!
My wife says that the hotel lacked a dedicated kids' play area.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic from start to finish. The receptionist was extremely friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early. The location couldn't have been better, with Fremont Street just across the road. We enjoyed exploring the area and being able to easily walk back to the hotel after a fun night out. The room itself was spacious and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff were always helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We particularly loved the option to rent a scooter for my elderly sister, making it easier for her to get around. The pool was a great place to relax and unwind, and we appreciated that it was well-maintained.
The parking situation, which was not very good.
